Toni Rolls lives in Albury, Australia, loving life with her husband and sons. While spending her days running her own business, her evenings and weekends are spent daydreaming of fictional worlds and escaping into books.
What started as poems and story ideas have become a dream come true with the publication of two Children’s books.
‘Grandpa Came to Stay’ began as a poem written for my Grandpa over 12 years ago and I had always imagined it as a Children’s book in my mind, being read to young Children as they laughed as the Puppy’s antics.
‘Bedtime for Eli’ came about after receiving a text from a very good friend who was lamenting that even though she knew her toddler was exhausted, he just couldn’t be convinced that having a sleep was what he needed. The story of every parent’s battle with their tired Child came from that text.
